Design and construction of world-class pipe organs, executed almost entirely in house using traditional methods and carefully selected materials. Work included fabrication of wooden organ cases and pipes for large-scale instruments comprising thousands of components, built with exceptional precision and long-term durability in mind.

Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and restoration of 52 historic wooden vessels, including rowboats, sailboats, and powerboats ranging from 10 to 35 feet. The role encompassed project management; supervision and training of seasonal apprentices and a large volunteer workforce; tool, facility, and inventory maintenance; material procurement; and thorough documentation of all completed work.
Collaborated with the Master Shipwright in the restoration of Edna E. Lockwood, a 54-foot oyster schooner built in 1889. Work involved structural and finish repairs including deck beams, mast partners, decking, bulkheads, and the forward hatch.

Built a 42’ cold-molded motor sailer. Tasks included setting up molds, strip planking, applying four diagonal layers of planking, backbone construction, construction of bulk heads, fiberglass reinforcement, body work, painting and varnishing.
